The job, from tear-off crew through the August 27, 1999 completion, was executed in a professional manner without a cross word or any apprehension on our part. There was never a mountain of trash you’d expect with a roofing job. It was a pleasure to watch your installer perform! What a master craftsman and what pride he took in his work. To us, it was unbelievable that he alone installed the complete roof. His cleanup at the end of each day was orderly and superior. We are confident we received an incomparable job because of his workmanship. He was here roughly two weeks and we enjoyed having him here and consider him a friend. What a refreshing experience in these days when many people just do enough to "get by" with no regard for the end product or the customer. You lived up to every item on your goods and service contract with no coaching from us. Your presence during the tear-off, cleanup and preparation was impressive and then you turned the installation over to a real pro.
